Swim Leg: shorts, goggles, hat, basic wetsuit (it is compulsory to wear a wetsuit). Cycle Leg: basic bike (mountain, hybrid or racer) ,helmet (you will not be allowed to race without a Helmet), shorts, t-shirt/jersey
